I feel like once you have a dog, you feel for other dogs. It makes me mad, upset and powerless that there are so many bad owners out there. People SHOULDN’T own puppies/pets they can’t take care of. #$#@$*@#* I just wish that all people who were caught for animal abuse really did get jailed or fined for it. Frekkin’ bull.
